Utilizing a variety of coaching tools and approaches and creating the physical environment that says 'you matter', I offer individual coaching sessions , in person and remotely, and support people as they recognize and acknowledge their values, helping them identify their roles and priorities, allowing themselves permission to experiment and take the necessary steps to fulfil their dreams and passions.
I work with graduates and young professionals, as they are entering the professional arena and/or evaluate potential opportunities for continuous education, challenge them to seize the freedom and responsibility that come with choice and build courage and trust on themselves
