My journey

Growing up in a small village up in the mountains of Crete, Damasta, my academic path and my search for purpose took me to Athens, where I completed my Bachelor Degree in Statistics at University of Piraeus and to the other side of Europe, to Dublin, where I was first introduced to Leadership, Team Development, Performance Management and Coaching at Barclaycard International.

This was followed by a Masters in Project Management in University College Dublin and a successful and fulfilled career in Pfizer Inc. over the following 15 years, during which I supported a variety of Business Transformation initiatives Globally and was presented with numerous opportunities to stretch and discover myself, my capabilities, my talents and limits.

During those years, I gained valuable experience and exposure on Leadership and Project Management roles, I met and built relationships with amazing people from all over the world.

As my professional path unfolded, I developed a passion for understanding what drives human development and growth, in personal or professional arena, which led me to my current path of Coaching and Growth.

With a very rich professional experience and a variety of interpersonal skills, it was time for me to re-establish my roots in my home country Greece and continue on my self-development journey, having discovered those couple of things that have always given me joy and drive- People and Transformation.
